Returns and Refund Policy

1. Faulty Items

If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assessment.

What happens next?

  • We will assess the device.

  • If confirmed faulty, we will email you a prepaid return label (for faulty phones).

  • Once received and verified, you can choose:

    • A full refund, or

    • A replacement device.

If the item is assessed and found not faulty, you will need to pay the postage cost for the item to be returned to you.


2. Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection

We accept returns for change of mind provided:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original packaging

  • All accessories and manuals are included

  • It is in resaleable condition

Important:

  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

  • Refunds apply to the item cost only (original shipping is non-refundable).

  • If the item is not returned in brand-new condition, we will return the item to the customer at their cost.


3. Refurbished Phones, iPads & Tablets

For refurbished devices:

  • The returned item must match the original serial number sold.

  • The device must show no signs of physical damage, misuse or tampering.

Once received, we conduct an internal inspection.
If confirmed defective, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refurbished Device Inspection Policy

For all returned refurbished phones, iPads and tablets:

  • The serial number must match the original device sold.

  • The device must show no signs of physical damage, liquid damage, misuse or tampering.

Once received, we conduct a technical inspection to verify:

  • Device authenticity

  • Fault confirmation

  • Condition compliance

Refunds or replacements are issued only after successful inspection.


4. Incorrect Address / Return to Sender

If incorrect shipping details are entered and the parcel is returned to us:

  • A Return to Sender (RTS) fee may apply.

  • A reshipping fee will also apply (based on parcel weight).

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details entered at checkout.


5. Return Process

  1. Contact us first before sending any item back.

  2. We will advise if the item qualifies for return.

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions (and prepaid label if faulty phone).

  4. Once received, we inspect the item.

If the claim is rejected (e.g. misuse, accidental damage, abnormal use, failure to follow instructions), the item will be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
We aim to complete refunds within 1-2 business days or replacements within 3-4 days of receiving the returned item.


6. Australian Consumer Law

All goods are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Repair or replacement for goods that fail to meet acceptable quality standards

These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

Warranty:
 

Every refurbished phone, handset, iPad and tablet comes with a 12-month warranty. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, we offer free returns for eligible warranty claims Australia-wide.
