Returns Policy

For faulty items:

A. If an item is defective as a manufacturer's fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.

If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:

  • We will fully refund the purchase price, or
  • We will provide a replacement.

B. If an item is assessed that is not faulty, Postage and Handling fee is required to pay to iLovemyphone to resend your item back.

For changing mind or incorrect selection:

If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind or made a wrong selection.

The item must be in re-saleable condition including that:

  • It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
  • It is unused and in its original condition.
  • The handling and the postage will be borne by the customer and the refund will be just made for the item cost.
  • If it is not received in brand new condition, a refund will apply minus a 20% restocking fee.


If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.


If you have a problem with your goods, please contact us. We will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.

Once an item is returned, we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to third parties for assessment and/or repair. Where applicable we provide a remedy in relation to your goods.

If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you.

You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 30 days of receipt by us of the original product.

Remedies for defective goods are still available.

Return / Refund in case of Refurbished Phones, iPad, Tablets etc.

In case you have an issue or refund on an item like refurbished phone / iPad / Tablet. On receipt of the product back to us we will have an internal check to find if the product received by us is the same serial number purchased and no physical damage or misuse has been done to the item. Upon satisfaction and internal investigation only, we will replace / refund as the case may be, Defective Goods.

All goods sold by iLovemyphone come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where applicable you may make a claim in relation to goods that are faulty in accordance with the warranty period of the goods.
